A balanced heating and chilled water system helps to ensure a constant temperature throughout the building and dramatically reduce the amount of energy wasted. An unbalanced heating and chilled water system can result in concerns depending on the size of the building and the type the problem encountered. Some areas of a building may get too much heat while other areas could become too cold for people to work comfortably.

Heating and chilled water systems incorporated within these types of large buildings invariably require special components such as differential pressure controllers, balancing valves or pressure independent control valves to maintain a balanced heating or chilled temperature throughout the building. 

SPES’s services will ensure that these components are functional and configured correctly after installation and will check them regularly to make sure a customers Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system is working as efficient as possible, regardless of environmental factors or spikes in usage.

As well as ensuring a balanced heating or chilled temperature throughout the building the service will also assist in identifying overflows which cause the water pump to work more than it should do and prevent wasted electricity and incurring unnecessary costs to the business.
