SPES offer a number of training solutions to help Duty Holders comply with the MHSWR 1999 and more specifically ACoP L8.
- Basic Legionella awareness training - A short, online awareness tool to share with all levels of staff within your organisation.
- Practical training – Onsite, hands-on practical demonstration and competence assessment for any staff performing specific control scheme tasks (such as temperature monitoring).
- Classroom training – A higher-degree of knowledge and theory than basic awareness training to complement practical training.
- Responsible Person training – A face-to-face training course (in person or virtually), with W.E.T’s experienced Compliance Team, providing an organisation’s appointed Responsible Person with a suitable level of knowledge to perform their duties.
- External training – For any organisation which requires a higher level of competency due to the nature of risk on site, a number of training courses are available including City & Guilds accredited.
